While doing the social media part of online marketing yesterday, I got a follow from an individual on Twitter. My normal protocol is to check out their account and make sure that they appear active and have posted recently.

I will gladly follow back and write a short message instead of an auto-reply, I feel that it is more personal even if others do the responders.

When reviewing a Twitter account, I check out the theme and read the individuals bio. Today I saw a great bio and wanted to pass it along, great motivation for any one doing online marketing for their web business.

They said the value of this could make a person a Leader or an Achiever in their LIFETIME. Great stuff in just ten seconds of interacting online, something I will remember and try to use daily for my growth.
