While doing the social media part of online marketing yesterday, I got a follow from an individual on Twitter. My normal protocol is to check out their account and make sure that they appear active and have posted recently.

I will gladly follow back and write a short message instead of an auto-reply, I feel that it is more personal even if others do the responders.
