It is easy to surf and socialize on the Internet, but for those that want to be a competitive player in the Internet business, there is a lot of hard work on the backend to successfully launch an online business.
It is more than buying a domain name and thinking customers will automatically click, confirm and the cash will just roll in.

On Tuesday I wrote about having passion to be successful at blogging. While the number of people blogging has declined, the one’s who bring real passion have made their mark in traditional media.
To highlight the value of blogging, let’s take a look at sports, one of America’s biggest vices next to money and sex.
I am not knocking sports journalist in my example, but there is a point and time for the majority of them that it becomes a job, not a passion.

Caitlin Kelly, an award-winning journalist for the Montreal Gazette and New York Daily News asks “Is Blogging a Dying Art?”
Ms. Kelly points to an article from The Economist how the numbers for registered blogs are stagnant and possibly even declining. It is largely based on the explosion of use on Facebook and Twitter. So should you nix the idea to stop blogging?
Depends on your motivation and passion.
